New FHA Process:
FHA has continued to streamline and work with Hospital owners to make the process faster and more transparent. FHA will credit enhance tax-exempt bonds or offer a taxable GNMA fixed rate loan. Currently these loans have been closing with rates in the high 6% to low 7% range.
